This tap tap, hammer and nails set allows children to create colourful geometric designs. Children can hammer these wooden pieces onto the soft reusable corkboards. This hammer and nails set includes 300 mosaic pieces in assorted shapes, 450g of assorted people, animal bird pieces as well as fence pieces, 4 boxes of nails, 400 pieces, 4 hammers, and 4 corkboards (26 x 20cm). Adult supervision is required for this activity. Construction resources help to promote a variety of cognitive and physical skills. Construction and manipulative resources can help to promote both fine motor and gross motor development. They encourage problem solving and logical thinking to solve issues such as balancing blocks, where the next piece goes and how to make the structure that they want to build. Team work is also a key feature in the use of construction resources. Children can work together to design and build intricate and thoughtful structures using their creativity, imagination and logical thinking.
