Jukurrpa is the Dreaming or creation law of Aboriginal Culture. It is a powerful word in many central Australian Aboriginal languages. The organisation, therefore is appropriately named, representing artists from ten language groups in Central Australia. They are all drawn together by their shared respect for the Jakpurra and their desire to use contemporary media to depict their stories and imagery.
